Treadmill Design Elements

Our basic treadmill design includes the latest frequency drive technology to establish accuracy and reliability.  The rollers are both static and dynamically balanced for a smooth, vibration free treadmill.  The decks are rubber mounted honey comb to give a long lasting, friction free running surface. 

Other options are listed below.

Elevation:  The elevation ability of the treadmill can be designed to go to negative 10% to positive 40% to suit the needs of the client.

Speed:  Speeds can be set to .5 mph to 30 mph.

Size:  Size of running area can range from 2 feet wide to 8 feet wide and 6 feet long to 15 feet long.

Computer Interface Capabilities:  Exercise programs can be customized to meet the purposes of the client.  Data can be printed and retrieved.

Railing Options:  Railing locations and sizes can be customized to meet specific application needs.

Safety Harnesses:  Safety Harnesses can be added if desired.

Load Cells:  Load Cells can be manufactured into the running surface to assist in data collection.

Surface Options:  Running surfaces can be altered to meet the customer’s need for noise and durability.
